rules and requirements

Article 1

Welcome to the GY6 riders we are based out of Richmond Virginia and we welcome you to our club we are the newest swaggiest dedicated riders that you will find we are very chill back and love to ride and hang out and have a good time so if you are serious about joining read  article 2 to see the requirements for joining us

Article 2

Requirements for joining the GY6 riders you have to be over the age of 18 you also need to own a scooter that is at least 80 cc's or better you also must follow the regulations and rules you must be approved by the members you must all go a prospect term which is no earlier than a week upon getting patched in you must pay your entry fee 50 which goes directly towards your patch you also must attend one meeting a week you also must pay do which is $20 every week they do's are to be paid at the meeting you must wear your patch whenever you are riding with us or whenever you get on your two wheeler / scooter currently our patches are t-shirts as members come in we will hold a table meeting later on to acquire about actual patches sold on to leather but for right now we are using t-shirts you must guard your patch with your life you must commit to the club in the club will commit to you

Article 3

Rules

If at any time you wish to leave our group you must go through the vice president or president for approval to leave basically you have to turn in your patch

Also any type of fighting or arguing between members must be squashed or handled with the hands after which this matter must never be ticking up again if so you will be kicked out of the group if you fail to attend two meetings without good excuse you will be put on suspension and face the table for actions no cop collars in this group if you are a police officer/pig you are not allowed within this group please do not bring this group into anything that we do not approve at the table any money for the group comes by table action meaning voting at the table All patched in members will have a seat at the table for voting this is a big one people if you wreck and take one of us with you or wreck into one of us you must be willing to pay the damages we will be riding in close formation so please drive like you got some sense always respect the person above you and rank however we are all equal and respect but we do have ranks this is not going to be no bossing around people or anything like that but any type of action whether it be legit or criminal must go through your upper rank there is no snitches allowed

Article 4

Club revenue

All club revenue is for the club and its members there is nobody getting rich in here off of other members we all eat together we are family this is more than just a little group of people we are a family that being said the treasury will hold all money and is responsible for keeping tabs on all money and issuing money for repairs and events All money will be done by cash or cash app All members including vice president and president are required to pay the $10 due per week at the weekly meeting remember we are a family so if one of our members don't have the money for the due somebody else please cover them if you were able to if not you are allowed to miss two dues on the third due if you do not pay you will be kicked or if you have a good reason bring it to the club

Article 5 recruitment

You will come into the club as a prospect this period could take a minimum of a couple weeks or a couple months it all depends on you the time you have to put in the group and how we like you Wear your loyalties lie as a prospect you'll be subject to a bunch of different tasks but know this we will not make you do anything that we wouldn't do ourselves that being said you might be asked to wash wax another club members bike helmet or go get beers for the club remember this is a family and we pitch you through hardship as a prospect in order to make sure that you really want this we're not looking for just any individual we're looking for somebody that wants to become a part of our family
